Recieved infraction for no IFTA sticker

I recieved an infraction and a fine in kansas for no KS motor fuel users permit on paper it says just that which is statute 79-34,122 (b) which is what it shows on the infraction when I whent online to pay it, it stated false statement which is 79-34,122 (A) I did not pay it, looks like I will have to go to court. Has anyone else had this happen to them

 

I did not cheat on my taxes i was a company driver my dm put on the Qualcomm that he would get a temporary and then when I was pulled into an inspection station he refused to get a temporary and I am unable to purchase one according to the inspection station, because only the truck owner can buy a temporary. I recieved an infraction and when I whent to the website to pay it was recorded incorrectly as a misdemeanor which I did not pay. I was trying to get information from a truck driver professional driver not you please go to another thread.

 

Thank you I quit right after finnished runs for the week they did not have HUT sticker asked me to drive up to new york and then they would get temp HUT I refused and my co driver drove and may have gotten temp HUT not sure I was asleep

 

They still require HUT stickers normally goes on bumper
