This guy was actually smart and had his dashcam rolling just in case. Perp is looking at some jail time, since he’s being held on no bail.

Actually he was smart enough to get the attack not only on dashcam, but also the trucking company’s SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SYSTEM(the perp was an idiot FOLLOWING the truck to the trucking company to begin with,to try a start a confrontation). Also, the victim didn’t fight back,in spite of the fact the perp started punching him-that was caught on the cameras. Also, the suspect’s companion hit the trucker in the face as well. Lastly there was a witness at the trucking company that saw the fight.

Whatever self-defense claim the suspect may have ain’t going to hold up in court.
    Charges listed include:
2nd degree felony aggravated assault with serious bodily injury

3rd degree felony possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person (the knife-which,based on this charge the suspect may have a previous criminal record/conviction and as thus, isn’t supposed to be having any knives or weapons)

Class B misdemeanor damaging a communications device(namely chucking the cell phone).

What seemed weird in the article was that it was like the codriver of the truck (as it was written). Seemed like the codriver wanted to see the driver get a beat down and then it was like "maybe now that he is getting beaten up I should call the cops"

BillyBigRigger aka supertrucker should have NEVER gotten out of the truck. He should have dialed 911 immediately.

Perp shouldn’t have NEVER FOLLOWED him to begin with! If it wasn’t for that fight the most the suspect would be dealing with is a criminal trespass charge!
As it is,he’s dug his own grave!
