    There is a lot of "logical" and true scientific statements that can be made that scare the heck out of the average individual.
    I doubt than many people are routinely drinking tap water in the Southern California area now, or anywhere else, judging from the amount of bottled water that is being sold.
    This is just one more step on our way to Soylent Green. Which, according to the film takes place in 2022.
