    Good afternoon Ladies and Gentleman,

    Looking to purchase an 1996-2000 Kenworth W900. (Short hood B or L is ok)

    63 or 72” Aerocab flat preferred. Double bunk raised Aerocab ok as well.

    Do not want the old style (non aero) cab and sleeper with the small hole.

    Cat, Cummins N14 and Detroit are fine (99’ and below)

    10, 13, 15 or 18 speed

    3/8’s frame ideal (others ok)

    AG 400 or other air ride setup ok

    With or without PTO and Wet kit

    there is a guy in SE WI that has a 97 W900L for sale. No double bunk. Cat engine. It's a decent truck but get this..he's asking $70k for it and it has almost 2mil miles on it. I told him he was nuts. He still has it for sale 3mo later. I know used truck prices are insane but I don't know anyone that could buy that especially since getting a loan on that old of truck has to be next to impossible...

    Yea I think it's maybe worth $25-30k at best but while I would like another W9 - it's not a VIT package truck and has no top/bottom bunk. I'd restore it but end up spending $$$$$ on that LOL. I told him I didn't want to even offer him an amount as I'd insult him. He told me $65k if I paid cash and bought it that day. I shook his hand and left...

    Great to see you back around here. Interest rates are high right now. Before long, prices of homes and used trucks will start coming down. That’ll be my signal to buy again.

    Not yet. Looked at a couple that were overpriced and garbage. No, I did not go to Ohio truck sales either ;).
