Georgia state law doesn't recognize lift axles.

    What CAN dump trucks gross?

Fill it with stone and see.

The reason I am being somewhat difficult is this is a three axle vehicle Steer = 12K one set of tandem = 34K Total 46000

Same as a road tractor carrying a trailer.

Now if you filled the one I used with stone? Yer easily overweight because it was a former road tractor with a frame big enough to take a box strong enough to hold and lift that stone.

Same reason Alaska only uses tandems, but the state ones are exempt from overload fines, don't even have to weigh. lol

Well in my outdated atlas georgia has NS for steer axle weight 40 thousand and change if the vehicle is under 55 feet overall length and less than 73280 gross weight. If over 55 feet the standard 34000 applies.

    x1Heavy Thanks this.
