Hello everyone. Been a member of this forum for some time. I hope im posting in the right place but im wondering if anyone can help me out. I am looking for a C15 prefix BXS Service manual. Need the torque specs as I am in the process of rebuilding the motor.

A little background: Bought the 2005 W900L from Florida, had just been overhauled with 1.5 million on the odometer. Was converted to a single turbo, 15 speed transmission swapped in, and overall truck ran like a champ. Drove it back to MD without a problem. One thing that was forgotten by the previous owner was upgrading the radiator. Had the original radiator and it didnt provide enough cooling for the hp upgrade ( 475 to 550). Truck overheated when pulling its first load through some mountains, immediately shut it off but damage had been done. Replaced the radiator to a 4 row one, drove it home and it didnt start again. Head cracked in 3 places.

Full rebuild time. Tore the motor down with my dads help. Bottom end was okay, and everything was professionally cleaned and checked, only damage was to the head. Purchased another overhaul kit for peace of mind. And decided to upgrade to a marine cam and a stage 3 reinforced head. Just waiting for a decent weekend to put it all back together but the last piece I need is the service manual for those important torque specs. Its kind of hard to decide what online download is real or a scam. If anyone has the PDF I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
