Guys my 94 t800h hood from previous owner sits crooked and has been wearing through on were the hood sits on the fenders and is also cracking and breaking on the top corners where the hood curves against the cab. My question is on the right it seems the hood is where is should be but drivers side is where is crooked bad, so how do I adjust this darn thing when where the hood meets the fender corners it’s already tight against them. And if I move adjust the hood the right side is gonna be outta wack! What gives. The hood was previously fibreglassed inside before by someone it seems could they have possibly somehow pulled the hood in a bit on the fender parts?! It seems as if any adjustments I make wouldn’t improve this. Or is there a way to fix this I ain’t seeing. Or do they just fit this #### tight. Never had this before. Thanks

Combination of hood hinges, bushings and adjustment up front. Then front cab mounts. Probably air ride in the back with a torsion bar. If that is out of wack can transfer some to the front.
Get on a flat floor and measure stuff. Thank outside the box. I worked at a place one of the senior drivers kept raising sand about his trailer dog legging. Finally someone figured of the cab , on his almost new truck, was not on the frame straight.
Hope is was not smacked and the frame is bent. Do not thank they should fit that tight. Also hope the glass work is not all out of wack.
You can usually just spend some time looking it over. Look at other trucks. Ha buddy! Do you mind if I run a tape measure on your truck. They will probably hold the other end for you.

There was a thread on this a while back. Seems to be a common issue with the 800’s. The hood takes a beating by design with the back of it sitting directly over the tires at the fenders. You will find that majority of them have been patched up with fiberglass repairs.
