I repeated exactly what I was told by the recruiter. Nothing more, nothing less.

    That's disappointing to hear.

But also contrary to my experience here.

Yeah it definitely threw me off badly because that's not what I've heard either. I was all in coming on board but once I heard that it really turned me off. I didn't care about being home every weekend but I didn't want somebody else to seemingly dictate my hometime.

Just my 2 cents you are the owner of YOUR TRUCK! Now I get that being leased on you have less power than your own authority but still. I wouldn’t ever lease on to a company that said what I had to do ie shave my beard, stay out a certain amount of days etc. but that’s also an owners choice to lease on to them. I was thinking of going with them but nope. Iv been a company ##### long enough the point of being an o/o is freedom, and make some more $

Question for all you owner ops. I know they provide the wet kit. Do they pin the fifth wheel as well or is that my responsibility

They'll block your fifthwheel when they install your wet kit, and install a Right Weigh air gauge somewhere on your cat walk so you can see your drive axle weights

“Run me ragged but I don’t fret”

3500 miles on first week back after holidays. And they are always needing more.

Good time to make a jump if anyone is looking to come over.

I’m a company end dump driver for a small fleet in Florida, this year has started off extremely busy, no complaints here.

Curious if someone can help with average settlement amounts with Oakley after fuel and recurring company charges come out. End dump Pneumatics Hopper all are OK. I can figure out the mileage pay difference especially now that they just gave the big increase. Thanks for any help anyone can give. mitchtazz thx for that settlement sheet. Big help. Was that all for that week? It was page one of two.
