The app is nice put it on your personal card new tax laws are not going to allow you to write it off in 2019 unless you have more than 12k as a single person or 24k as a couple. you get the weghts so fast you will still be on the scale and its nice because you do not need to go inside unless you need a ticket to t-call. They should have a printed ticket and or reweighs at the fuel desk that will be marked PAID instead of the fee where the fee should be so if it is a tcall write in the price before you scan it in!!!!!!!!! USE A BIG $ sign! so payroll will catch it!

 

I'm with Swift and I use it, but I use my personal debit card to pay. It is very helpful in a situation where you need to adjust your tandems. You don't have to park and go in to see how you much to adjust.

Also, you can just use the image they email you, when scanning your documents with the ingauge app. I take a screen shot of the emailed ticket, use that image instead of taking a picture with the ingauge camera, crop it to just the yellow ticket and I get reimbursed every time. No need to get the hard copy unless you just want it.

 

If you are a company driver swift puts 14 bucks on comdata card everyday . For scales etc

 

I use my own credit card. I've never had an issue with getting reimbursed.

 

I’m gonna try using the app next scale I use, I’ve been using my own credit card all these years and always got my money back.
