And why do you sound so butt hurt. You did things the hard way so everyone else has to do it your way? I'm doing it my way I'm sorry you don't approve but at least stop judging people. You only make yourself look stupid because you are judging based on no knowledge of my situation. And you can't know my entire situation from one or a few posts. It's like me saying that you must be a company driver who never got the balls to become OO so now you hate evryone who tries. I've met so many truckers on the road and not one has ever told me to my face that I don't know how to run a business.

I challenge you to talk like that to another driver in person. <INSULT REMOVED>

@Scvready are you in a walk away lease or the ace lease with prime?

According to their lease you can take that truck to another carrier. Just something to think about.

    NoBigHurry and Scvready Thank this.

I know a guy that did a LP with SNI in a very calculated manner. He then financed his own truck, then moved to a % carrier.

His all miles went from $1.41 to $2.25.

He recently bought his own trailer to increase his % to 90 from 80.

To address your problem - SNI has a ‘point and click’ load board which would suit you better. Nobody forcing you to take a load.

Then, I’d suggest LS - with your own truck, you book when you want, or sit in the recliner till you feel like moving.

    Good luck. B.

i see one saying to save up money as a company driver... i'm guerssing... but i could never understand how a hard working family man could do that. with house bills, unexpected expenses, and a woman draining your ### dry, how is that possible? I would like to think sticking out a lease to save money is the option but i could be wrong here. inform me so i can be aware of what's at stake.

You want all of the answers now.

If you're serious, take the time to read the 100's of pages about LO.

If you don't have the patience or time, you'll likely fail.

    Good luck

You are correct but just wait for all the replies that are going to tell you how badly you will fail. Lmao some people in here are so predictable.

In my opinion anyone can lease and own their truck by the end of the lease. I'm doing it and never had a negative paycheck. The only reason these geniuses that have been trucking for so long keep telling people they will fail is because they are the ones who don't have the answers and they are the ones who will likely fail due to the fact they can't commit to anything. So they will tell you that you will fail to make themselves feel better. Now it won't be fun. You will have to sacrifice family time till the lease is complete.

There is a possibility of failure but it is only under one circumstance and that is YOU not being able to stay out and work till this thing is paid off. If you go home too much then you will end up in the negative.

Ok then but the thread title is "I'm done with Prime decent Lease purchase company suggestions" which speaks for itself in that your lease purchase isn't going well.

Yes my problem is not that I'm failing it's that I could not refuse a load. I'm still with them though. I haven't left yet and if I do I can take my truck with me to another carrier and lease on to them.
