I am a company driver first off. They utilize a regional non forced dispatch system. You don't like the North East, no problem. Your truck cannot do California, no problem.

Pay is up to 90%. I am not sure of all the expenses they charge the owner operators. Their trailer rental is steep, but a portion of that gets set aside if you want to buy the trailer.

As a company driver, I have already grossed $206,000 to the truck after 9 months. Averaging $2.19 a mile gross. They show you what the load pays in the dispatch and those numbers are what I have been tracking.

That is total revenue to the truck. Not my take home gross. I put that in there since he was asking about owner operators.

It's bs company. I'm independent o/o took 2 loads with them and both times "short haul" screw me big time! Then I had to wait for my $ for about 1.5 month. I'm not sure about how they treat their company drivers but if u r o/o and wanna haul for em it's not a good idea. Brokers (dispatchers) r nasty and lie to u all the time! I'll never deal with this crappy company again and recommend u to stay away from them. Don't be a kid and don't trust their nice looking colorful conestogas, it's just your first impression about this company. Don't trust that deceptive rainbow picture. Good luck!
P.S. Better find some small local flatbed company, just my opinion.
