They can pressure test the head for cracks.Since it’s coming apart. Up to you, wether to do head and injectors. Rocker assemblies. They’ll be able to inspect and advise. Might just be a gasket. Might need a head and cylinder. If so all new cylinders/ pistons is best. Injectors can wait, if money’s tight. Be cheaper to just get 6 reman now. Rockers are probably fine, no need to replace them, just for a longer warranty. They’ll be able to tell what’s needed. Anything extra will be up to you.

They will be starting rebuild tomorrow - piston 1 had signs of high heat, very slight missing very small shaving off tops edging,, gasket showed leak at 1, 2, &5 liners looked good he said I might be ok with the gasket & head was up to me?? He said you don’t loose any oil and have no low oil pressure problems and I said no I do have low oil pressure a lot lately which he didn’t know before he took it apart - so with that i just decided go ahead and do the rebuild hate to have to go back later ... hope I did the right thing decided not to go the cheaper route

. Good, better to rebuild it now, while heads off. You’re halfway there already. The time mine blew at 540k, It blew again within 3 yrs. at 825. With your mileage you’d need an inframe soon anyways. Its cheaper to just do it now. You won’t have to worry about it for years. Good Luck.
