Sorry but I am just getting sick of posts like this. WTF did you even say in it man? I dont know if it is lack of typing skills, communicating skills or combo of both but come on people 2nd graders write better.

I agree TJ, reads like a 2nd grader wrote it. It also reads like a recruiting add for Shaffer. Do you work for Marten? Have you ever worked for Marten? If no then why would you write this on the Marten page? I do work for Marten and have worked for Shaffer. Marten is by far the much better company. I never got more then 3000 miles at Shaffer and that was when freight was good. 2500 was then norm. They drive the cheapest trucks I have ever seen any company buy. #### from day one. Never got me home on time and it took 3-4 days after I wanted to go back out to get a load. Marten pay is good, they treat you much better, and there trucks are way better. So take your Crete want-to-be BS some where else.

Shaffer is way better than Marten. Shaffer pays more per mile and you are paid practical miles not HHMG miles. They have load select dispatch and profit sharing and don't rip you off for 2.5 cents per mile surcharge on per diem that they force you to take like Marten does. Shaffer is ran by a guy with sound moral character unlike the person that runs Marten. Yes I have worked for both companies and for alot longer than 3 months.
