There are better carriers out there.

These guys are small under 10 trucks. The contract is one sided, all the protection for them and none for you.

They take 25% of your gross and you are 100% responsible for all cost, including repairs to their worn out equipment. They expect you to pay to restore their equipment. And then pay an extra $125 a week rent.

If you bring your own truck the insurance only covers you while under load, and only if they want to pass it onto you, according to the contract they don't have to.

They call you a contractor but treat you like an employee, you have no say in anything, even though they will lie and say you do, its just a front.

They will use their shop to Nickle and dime you to bankruptcy. And if their shop fixes somthing wrong "that's 95% of the time" they charge you to re do it 3 and 4 times. No one in their shop is certified, mostly high school kids. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions.

And the lease purchase here seems to be a scam, as to date no one has completed the program and got a title.

And when you have had enough and quit, they will bad mouth you to everyone. No matter who you are it's never their fault they are perfect and can walk on water according to them.

Biggest issue with this company, there is no negotiations with them. It's their way or no way, and they will never admit they are wrong even when it's clear they are.

You should check with the labor department and/or the state attorney’s office. Their arrangement sounds illegal.

That probably can be said of 95% of the L/P's out there. Yet, drivers seem to wait in line to sign up!

I own my truck and didn't do a LP, but the trailer was theirs and maintaince on it ate me up. And their shop rob me blind by screwing up everything they touched.

"Buy buyer beware read the contract."

I do not in any way mean to derate you, but it is very obvious that you did not follow this advice when you got hooked with this unethical "employer".
