Newbie dropped by Mentor and now on his own and not happy

    I don't argue. I do what I can. -shrugs a bit- Know this though: There are people with less experiance than me, training swift drivers (And other large company drivers, btu I dont speak to what I dont know as fact) and some of those are only in it for the money. I may not be most experianced, but I share what I know. They are more than a paycheck boost.

    Would you rather someone with the same level as experiance as me use them as a paycheck boost, or, teach them EVERYTHING they know, and stay up with them, wake up when asked to to help them, and do everything in their power to train them as best they can.

    Its not the greatest choice, but its the fact. Swift has mentors as young as 4 months driving experiance. TOTAL. Im at 13 months total. And I train, I dont just shove into the driver seat.

    So I am the lesser of two evils.


    I love how people pick out the negative, instead of the helpful/good/intent of posts here.

    But I dont come here to get crapped on for my lack of experiance. I come here to share it, perhaps I should go again and not share what I /can/ share on the boards?
