here in about 3 months I will be getting my own truck, I will not be leasing it to any carrier as I will have my own loads directly through the shipper. I have had my license 20yrs now so I am not a new driver, but, it will be the first time having my own truck and my own authority. Is Rush Truck Center in California A decent place to go through or not?

Yes, I will be buying used. I am in the process of getting the S-corp going now, I am out of California. Once my corporation starts I will be getting my CA#, US DOT# etc, just curious if anyone has had dealings with any of the CA rush truck centers. I'm looking for a truck a couple years old that has a bit of warranty left.

  5. Avoid 2008-2013. Don't care if it's been completely re built. It's the proto-type yrs. For DPF filter trucks.

I will be getting all that except the lube, I stay clear of frisco so I won't be needing any crisco.

We just had a break down in Dayton with K100e Kenworth. We pulled into the Inernational Rush Truck center and they had our U-joint and the rear end yoke that was cracked and caused failure. They had all the parts. The service was kind of slow but it was a saturday and they didn't charge us for as many hrs as it took. Had us rolling out that day and didn't leave us getting a rid home. Was happy with our experiance. but we are in ohio :D

Brother in law had his ISX go down in Fresno I think. Rush in framed it. I think it was near 30k.he made it to Alabama and she started to run bad.
For some reason the rear rocker arm shaft bolts either broke or came out. I know some made it into the oil pan. To my knowledge they have yet to even hint at covering the damage. I believe that the payment ( credit card) is still in dispute. This has been around 6/8 months ago now.
