VOLVO 07 D12 AIR COMPRESSOR ISSUES

Hey road warriors I need some advice from yall, I have a 2007 volvo with a D12 engine and i have changed 4 differents oem air compressors within two years which i think this is insane, truck has no major leaks or anything governor and air dryer new as well, what i do notice is that everytime compressor is gone it damage the turbo blade like if metal pieces slides through, also i hear like some knocking sounds on each one of the compressor i have changed ( Don’t know if that’s normal) the last one i change truck only ran 30 minutes and the brand new oem compressor were gone, compressor gears looks fine so as the engine distribution. Please some advice of someone who might have been experience this type Of issue with their truck.
