2010 maxxforce can't get power steering to work

I just replaced seal in ps pump and installed, and yes I have adapter coupler installed (new one, old one mysteriously vanished) and nothing yet. I'm guessing it needs to be primed/bled. I have front end jack up and keep turning but nothing for hours.

 

I just cracked both lines with engine running but still no luck

 

Yes the big line it runs out like crazy by pump and reservoir runs to it directly. Filters to or from steering box. I need to get more fluid because I kicked the container over by accident. You would think when I crack smaller line it should leak like crazy from pressure but isn't. Hope I don't have to take pump back off.

 

I took pump back off and frustrated af. I took pump apart again and determined I must not have it back together right but I have no idea how to fix it.

 

The only thing I can see that I could of mixed up is plates pin position. I assume brass color faces rotor
