I had to send my Blue Parrot in for repairs two days ago. While it works great on my end, people were having a hard time hearing me. I contacted the company, got a return authorization and sent it to them.
No hoops to jump through, nothing, just send it in.
Now for the great part. They took me at my word that I sent it, and a replacement was sent back to me the same day. Isn't that awsome customer service?
I called today to check on the progress, and the guy I spoke with couldn't find it in the system. He called me back about 30 minutes later and told me his department supervisor had already mailed it out, that's why he couldn't find it.
It will be here today.
I always loved the Blue Parrot, but I am completely sold on them now. The level of customer service is unheard of nowadays.
I didn't have to jump through hoops to get this taken care off. They are located in the US, and when you call them you get someone in the US, not India or Timbuktu.
Just thought I would share my great experience.

I called blue parrot to confirm application. They said it should work with any Bluetooth phone regardless of the compatibilty list in the ads. I will be purchasing mine in a few weeks for use with my iPhone.
-
I hope you will love it as much as I love mine

Mine has been through hell, even chewed up by the dog and was always great. I think I finally killed it though, the microphone part. I have to put the boom in my mouth for other end to hear me. I suspect I drank some coffee over the mic as I was talking lol.
I wonder if they would warranty it? Either way I'd be happy to purchase this product again. -
Keep us informed of the outcome. -
800-742-8588 is their number, if I may post this, or you find them at blueparrot. I would try it, you never know

Sbine thank you for your posts on the Bluetooth B250...I have one of the originals and it is held together with Bondo cuz I dropped it and broke it in two but it still rocks better than any other bluetooth I have ever purchased. I could not find the number to complain about a B250xt I bought back in January and this was the only place I found the contact number for them...Their Customer Service though hard to find (for me) is in fact second to none in my experience. Thanks again and truck 'em safe!!!

For those of you using blue parrot--which is the preferred headset--the 250 or the expressway? and why?
Thanx -

Ive had a Blue Parrot for about 3 years now, Ive been very impressed with and have never had any trouble with it. In fact my wife and other friends like how it sounds and have bought them for their personal use. I have found a guy online WWW.BlueTechGuy.com He sells them for about $80 including shipping or $49 for a refurbished one plus shipping.
