I think having a good working relationship with a broker is a very important part of a smooth operation for both parties. Provide premium service without fail and demand premium rates. Strive to be the best and don't nickel and dime over unforeseen circumstances goes a long way when you're the reason for the delay.

TQL is definitely one of the worst brokerages, as a dispatcher it is a constant battle to fight for any penny that we so rightfully deserve..

Freight Agency Inc out of Billings, MT has become a dead beat brokerage. Used to pay on time. Now they are overdue on 6 invoices. Going to have to file on their bond this next week.

would reccomend a non recourse factoring co. the word non recourse is key here. for the nominal fee, usually 5% or less u get money posted next day with POD. U cant beat the deal.
if factor takes load u got money .small fee for peace of mind.. NEVER use a factor thats not non recourse....bubba i think that means they want come back on u if they dont get paid,. you can sleep better not havin chase a snake..go get m photo app those loads..u gone be deep in da gold! -
