Changing smart phone device mid-shift KeepTruckin

I parked at truck stop. My location was 14.3 m SE of Shelbyville. Two our later prehistoric Kenworth parked next to me. Engine was idling and it was noisy. I moved my truck 6 spots left because it was not possible to sleep. In the morning I see KT shows my location is not 14.3 m SE of Shelbyville any more … it was showing 14.5 m SE of Shelbyville.... now imagine what will happen if dot officer see it. He will ask why location is changed... Good elds show distance in whole miles so you can do small movement if needed during rest periods.

Which ones show whole miles? I’ve only used KT and Omnitracs and they both show tenths.

 

@Long FLD brother start a thread in ELD section and ask the drivers.

 

My Omnitracs shows whole miles if I touch on graph . But I don’t know what it shows on their end.

 

The elogs that I've used have shown tenths of a mile. Verizon, KT, Peoplenet. I don't remember much about Qualcomm, other than it being a big, annoying brick.

 

Omnitracs back-end also rounds the driver log miles to the nearest whole mile. But if you get the IFTA miles report it rounds it to the nearest 10th of a mile.
