I bought a 2019 Hyundai dry van in 2018 it had 650 miles on the hub odometer. As of 2/20 it has 150,000 miles on it. @ 40k it needed all 4 inner wheel seals. 10k later it needed one again. Now 100k later it has had one replaced again and has 2 more that are seeping again. I am the original owner so it is under warranty no charge other then my time waiting for it to get done. If it needed to be fixed on the road it would be my bill and no compensation for a defective trailer. I do not want to get an OOS because it keeps on leaking at random. I also have never gotten anything as far as repair. Invoices or anything even though I have asked every time and requested to have them emailed to me. What can I do?

It is under warranty for the next 5 year's. I imagine if I were to go your route I'd be buying 4 hubs . it has a tire inflation system so that might be hard. I work on my own truck and have done all 4 drive wheels seals and bearing I am 100k + on 2 of them and wonder how I can do it right on an 05 tractor but the dealer can't on a 2019. Are the axles defective?

Couple possibilities. I'd be curious what they set the bearings at for endplay. Too much and they'll leak. Poor installation or even a hub/axle defect are another.

I had heard that Hendrickson had kale tubes that were not 100% true round and were more oval this was a defect. I'm wondering if I got them? I don't know how they installed the seals or what endplay they have

May have them switch them to painted steel. Or at the very least mark where the tires are and what seals blow out.

If the tire is out of balance that will kill your wheel ends

All 4 seals ? They were all virgin hankook tires. And at under 40k on miles needing all 4 seals to be replaced. That is crazy I see the truck rolling down the highway withe what looks like a bent wheel but its is a crooked recap that is wobbling

Bent wheel or crooked recap. Either way the wobbling will tear up the wheel seal eventually.
