Boost pressure sensors have been a big problem for me with current Mack’s, the company I work for is a Volvo and mack only fleet, I’m always in a mack and have had my fair share of boost and fuel pressure issues. Good luck in a resolution.

Wasn't sure if it was a boost sensor or the computer adjusting because of a DPF system fault. Just know it maddening

Thank god I’ve only ever dealt with those issues in the south where I was close enough to home, can’t imagine pulling the hills dealing with that.

Well it's definite the company. I just get a chance to take advantage of the screwjob on occasion by flipping the miles to the following week.

If I went home every other week I'd be the beneficiary. That's why they started it in the first place. Drivers going home every couple weeks weren't getting miles because they'd just get short runs then take the weekend off and have a lot of 600-700 dollar weeks. Hauling glass doesn't work very well when you take weekends off. That's why I stay out for 2-4 months.

Now with the minimum pay the drivers who stay out get screwed because the good loads on Monday or Tuesday go to the guys coming off home time with 0 miles for the week and since they don't want to deadhead us 600+ miles much anymore I sometimes sit 2 days waiting for a load and end up getting the minimum for the week while the hometime champ gets 2500 miles.

Not this week though. I'll end tomorrow with 3200 miles. Best week for me since at least last October. I even have a load to pick up Sunday after doing 1300+ miles on Friday-Saturday.

Weather was surprising this morning between Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy. Especially from where you see Mt. Pilot until you merge with I-77. Enough snow and ice to make the bridges a skating rink. Then they had 3 or 4 inches of the white stuff in WV, but by the time you got to Beckley, it was as if nothing happened. This is the worst my truck has looked in quite a while as far as salt coating. Tomorrow in Ottawa, IL it is suppose to be almost 60 deg...WTF!!!!!
