JUST a shout out to y'all W/E drivers out of the Nashville terminal. Consider yourselves blessed to be alive, as well as your support staff.

Some of us here on TTR (well I'm sure many and most) don't care about the name on your door, fellow drivers; just praying life looks up for you in a bit, and the other terminals pull in the slack; getting you home and dispatched.

This was hard to watch; these videos. Prayers from Ohio, and from TTR, guys and/or gals. Any of y'all on TTR, post up and let us know what's up, if we can help.

Yes certainly prayers and good thoughts. Its a miracle no one was killed in that kind of comprehensive destruction.

Agreed... in times like this, the name on the door is meaningless... praying that everyone in the Greater Nashville Area bounces back quickly ... and for the Drivers, that they are safe and get back to work as soon as possible.

The word in the company is that no one, not driver or staff, was hurt. Staff is working remotely and they have a temporary office building, shop is getting rebuilt, so I think everything is working out.
My load plans ran from before until this morning, but didn't take much longer than normal to get the next load. And my dispatcher called me with his personal phone number so I have contact.
All in all I think that we got very lucky/ blessed...

Lucky, and blessed, indeed. A pal of mine was having trouble with his fuel stop / card stuff this morning, but finally reached someone via the FaceBook site, and will be leaving his home (where he is safely with his truck) to safely deliver his load tomorrow.

Heads up, y'all. Any way any of us can help, please shout. Stay safe, Qb.

Thanks for all the 'thanks,' guys. Nope, I've never driven for them; just have a compassionate soul. The other thread someone started in the W/E subforum has so many people on a 'bash mission' .. it disheartens me. Second chance company.. so WHAT?!?

How many of US guys/gals in FIRST chance companies, wonder if there's something that WE as HUMANS got away with after confession at Sunday Mass (Sorry, @MACK E-6) that MAY have, (small IF.. okay, small.. ) disqualified us? I mean yeah.. I probably lit up when I was 14 or so... never liked it.. but still. Imbibed as a kid.

I don't know the company, nor anyone 'personally' that works for them... but for @otterinthewater who used to. ... and just from here.

I just feel like this is SO not the time to kick the legs out from somebody's only table or chair.

Prayers for the drivers and staff, that went pretty much unscathed physically... *but for their PV's and T/T's and their belongings.*

That other thread just riled me.. sorry guys. Some people have to boost themselves at the expense of others, I guess. Thought that went away with juvenility, haha! ;) :(
Western Terminal got NAILED by the Tornado outbreak!

    Be safe; thanks!
