    Anybody else still can’t pull a full query? Do you get error messages. Finally, my husband’s CDL was verified. But I am stuck moving further. The gateway is lost or I get error messages.

    I'm having issues myself and not getting any answers. I cant link up the portal to the clearinghouse. Thank you Gov't for making are lives better. What s joke.

    We just opened a new authority. So, I need to pull out a preemployment full query. Before my husband was driving for someone else. Now, he is going to drive for himself. We are still setting things up since we didn’t pick up a trailer yet.

    I did try to contact them several times. I sent quite a few messages. I got one response just providing a link to frequently asked questions. That I can find myself online. So, no response from them. And that does not resolve it.

    I do care. Since we got a new authority somebody will contact us to perform a safety audit. We are on provision for 18 months.
