When Big G says ... employee owned..what exactly does that mean..do you have stock in Big G..do drivers have a say in company policy...just wondered

 

I have no idea what they mean but TMC says the same thing and it's ran like the military.

 

It means they have a ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) program. And no, they don’t have any say in how the company is run anymore than you would have any say in how Walmart is run if purchased their stock.

 

We do have stock but have some say as to trucks we use but not day to day operations

 

Do they have on guard on them?

 

Is that like Batesville Casket?
