Depends on the person. Depends how much they gotta cut in ur nose. I'm a side sleeper so I tend to bump my nose in my sleep. That really hurts lol. I'm thinking when they take these tubes out I'll feel 90 percent better. They got tubes with a thick plastic plate on the inside of the nose. Seems to be where the pain is at. They stay in a full week. For a first week u can't do and bending or lifting though.

Out of your system....depends on the test. Like other said, for a urine test 4-5 days. Saliva, 36 hours or so but the hair follicle test is the one that gets ya. It takes 90 days after your last dose.

With any of these I'd recommend not going by the exact time. If it's 4 days for a urine test give a day or two buffer just so your sure it's completely out of your system and you don't get caught up in a positive result.

Yea to be on safe side give it a few extra days or buy a home drug test kit for 15-20$. You never know something unexpected like a fender bender and pop coming up dirty even with a script won't turn out good

I can already breath better. He said he got me back to 95% but if he knew it was this bad. He would of lifted the whole skin back and done it that way. I could only imagine the pain on that one lol

I think the answer below is the best most correct one. Since your question is about how long it stays in the system I honestly don't know. The "halflife" of hydrocodone and Fentanyl is around 4 to 5 hours this means it is mostly all gone from your body in about 20 hours. I would imagine you should be good to operate a CMV within 12 to 24 hours after taking the last dose. You did not bring up DOT testing, so let me join in with @Cattleman84 and say as long as you have a prescription if you do pop a positive the MRO should contact you. The MRO will let you know what to do next. With such a short halflife I doubt there will be enough hydrocodone to get much past the cutoffs and trigger a positive within much longer than a day or two after that last dose.

I've been hospitalized 3 different times in my career with some major pain meds involved each time. As long as the narcotics were prescribed you have nothing to worry about. You should advise the MRO about what's been happening in your life before a drug test. I returned to work after each "problem" with NO problem...
