Violations Hitting CSA Before Driver Has Chance to Fight them?

    Even if you beat a ticket in court, it does not prevent the violations from the inspection from showing up in your CSA data. The only way to get that done is to submit a DataQ to the issuing jurisdiction.

    From what I have seen, a warning has been proven to be more of a pain because you can't fight a warning in court but it still sticks around to bite you in the behind.

    @ZVar I really appreciate your CSA explanation. Makes a lot more sense now.
