The answer is hard and K&B ain't and why ain't welfare express up there even up there so thats one bad company off the list so would put like this working conditions based on a list from former drivers would be CR England, for the top-rated worse driving record Swift only because they took over for JB hunt I still think JB hunt could make a great comeback any year now. So special mentions to welfare express and K&B transportation would mention steven transport has some the most special drivers. Did I leave any major company out? would hate not to give them credit for being a horrible company.

    May Trucking on doubt.
I refused to hook up to a trailer in the TA Albuquerque, I was doing a repower for a load headed to Denver, I stopped at the TA to wait for the swap, unhooked my trailer and parked next to it, the team showed up while I was in taking a shower, I came out they were gone left me with a trailer that had a blowout on the front right outside tandem. I called Oregon Safety like I was suppose to and they wanted to argue over a color dot someone had put on that tire 3 days ago indicating it was a good tire, and maybe it was then. So eventually they sprang for a tire for the trailer, but kept my safety bonus for not having anything to turn in but a sidewall. I was in Phx yard when they told about this, so I waited and had a load that was headed to the Mira Loma yard, arrived told them i had a family emergency had to go home, a week later told them I was not coming back because of the tire deal. So they paid me for the lost bonus, no way would I go back there.

My vote would be CR England. Trainees training zero-experience trainees? It's just not a recipe for success.

Terrible pay. Aren't they one of the companies that doesn't do holiday pay? I don't know about vacation pay... I've literally never heard anything good about them. At least at Swift, I hear about some drivers making a living.

My guess would be they tell the drivers to play GTA 5 install the mod for trucking I found this out from a friend that GTA 5 has a mod for trucking who knew, anyways I think they tell the students do that for simulators lol

CRST is the absolute worst .. CR England team driving/OTR is pretty horrible too but some well experienced guys I know are pulling walmart reefers and making good money (and home every day) .

And that will likely be gone again, if the economy tanks. Just like they did away with sign-on bonuses in 2009.

By sign-on bonus you mean the thing you do by just driving and getting a CPM increase ever now and then? I have noticed all the bad companies have that same thing. Instead, I would rather work oil field had a buddy show me a check that's actually a sign-on bonus, ie you receive a check and agree to stay with a company for X amount time plus his reg pay. Personally I have never heard of this wonder anyone else ever had this happen before. I have heard of this in non-driver positions in the oil field just never the drivers getting this.

Schneider basically wants all drivers to haul hazmat even if its low amounts and the pay just ain't there for that from that company at least.
