Enjoyed the latest video and learned something new along the way. Do you have any future plans for the engine/drivetrain?

    Ezrider_48501 Thanks this.

I think he's gonna install an 18 spd and do the rear seal on the engine while he's at it. I also enjoyed the latest video but haven't figured out how to comment on youtube yet, so I'll do it here...
@Ezrider_48501 gotta love gettin' neverseize all over your hands! I used to hate when the clevis pins would freeze to the slacks, I started using greaseable clevis pins cuz sometimes the neverseize wouldn't last(mostly on our trailers) Do you balance your steer tires? (equal?) Did you say in one of your vids that you think the Pete is gonna be heavier on the steer axle than the Mack? Doesn't the set back axle carry more weight? Or do you think The Cummins is a heavier lump than a Mack motor?
Love following what you're doing, keep it up!

i didn't even know that pretty cool

yeah 18 speed trans new clutch rear seal remove the oil pain inspect the liners roll in rods and mains and do a top end set. is my plan for now for the rest of the drivetrain.

longer wheel base on the pete and a 14L vrs a 12 L engine. mack has always run really light on the steer its only i think 10k on the steers empty

there dynaflex 8" no mufflers you can get them with mufflers in the spool truck did have a small muffler under the cab i took that out for now, its not as loud as i thought it would be but if it get annoying when i put the truck on the road i might put a new one where the old one was.
