He is lucky to be alive. Tho depending on how badly burned percent wise. He may not survive debreedment.
Debreedment is when the hospital removes the burned skin from your body (very painful). I dont ever want to go through that ever again!

I have to laugh at the cops saying the accident is under investigation. The only mystery is the cell phone records. Tanker on its side in a curve is self explanatory.
