I did notice that the basic stuff was pre-filled, e.g., name, address, driver license, and work history, but I still had to answer all the medical questions each and every time for each company. So what does that mean? With the HIPAA laws, maybe they shy away from sharing your medical history willy-nilly. Lawsuits maybe? I know I'm reaching.

I got copies of everything I submitted. I'll review those and see how they compare. Maybe I didn't put down too much medical stuff.

TDI should have prepared us for this! I needed this info more than I needed to learn how to back a trailer!

These guys do hire out of Florida, and they do say "home weekly." I'm not sure how Cypress fits in with my employment history. Two days and two hours of orientation. Was I ever technically an employee? Reason for leaving? They don't use tenstreet apparently, so I don't want to F-up another opportunity.

Same type of jet, not that particular one. EA-6B Prowler electronic warfare bird. Nicknames: the queer, double-ugly, and go-no go criterion. ;)

It was funny that during peacetime, the F/A-18 or A-6 Intruder mission commanders would tell us to "go over here and stay out of the way." That was the EW portion of the briefing! But then during Desert Storm, these same brave pilots would come up to us with big, puppy-dog eyes and quivering bottom lips, asking, "You you you aren't going to let those missile thingies shoot us down are you?" We'd pat them on the head and say, "There, there, don't you worry your pretty little head. We'll protect you." They'd skip off happily like a child whose parents just told him monsters aren't real. :D

No longer the Rodney Dangerfields of the air wing.

I never saw a Huey at Whiting. They used a Bell helicopter since mid-80s at least. How old are you???

I don't know if you were an employee or not. Say you left because you decided flatbed isn't for you.
Maybe you weren't an employee; call Cypress and ask.
Sometimes you're not on the payroll until you complete orientation.

Maybe that means teams for a year. That's what CRST does.
How long will you be willing to team, just to get some miles & and experience?

How about Magnum Ltd? Hometime probably not as good, but paychecks are.
$1200 - $1500 weekly from what drivers post.

    G13Tomcat and MericanMade Thank this.
