If that was referring to my post I was just pointing out to the poster who has repeated several times that Swift's margins are low that many carriers like Swift are the same. They are no different.

Ok, serious question for @Moosetek13..
Does Swift offer any benefits to a driver that has been with them for a few years? Like a 401k? I'm sure health insurance is offered, but what about eye, dental?
I only ask because I'm curious, and their website is rather vague about their pay and benefits.
One thing I'll give Swift credit for is they seem to have the freight to haul.dptrucker Thanks this. -
not sure about 401k.
but you pay for the benefits -
I don’t work for swift, but know a few who do. One thing they like about swift? They can turn down loads with no repercussions. Like almost all they want, within reason. The company I work for? Been here 1.5 years and to date haven’t turned down a single load. It’s not an option. You run anywhere they tell you.

You pay part for the insurance, but Swift pays most of it.
What you pay depends on which plan you choose.
And there is a 401k.born&raisedintheusa, dptrucker and rbrtwbstr Thank this. -

And it certainly isn't after 6 months. You need a full year to get paid vacation, which is paid around your hire date date each year as a separate check.born&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -
born&raisedintheusa and Moosetek13 Thank this.
