If someone has pending felonies and is on probation, is there a trucking company

    So 90% of companies won't touch a prospective driver with a DUI younger than 7 years, and the OP is seriously asking if pending meth and theft felony charges are OK?

    There's an easy way to find out!!! Check Swift, CR England, and Western Express. If they won't hire him then I say he has no chance.

    Western Express is very 'case friendly' with people in trouble (prior anyway) with the law and/or judicial system. And I'm NOT saying this satirically, but from .. others' experiences; here and elsewhere. Their flabed side is kinda slow now, (so I hear) but van is moving.

    Not hardly, Most megas. Got a felony? Just wait 4 years and your good to go! Loose your job? Well then, your last resort is truckin with a mega! Keep in mind Im not talkin bout most drivers out there or owner op's. Just sayin there is alot of flunkies coming into the Industry. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it!

    I have felonies but... They're 40 years old.Time is what helps.10 years clean it won't matter to most companies.

    It will be an.uphill battle. Construction, cement trucks, dumps, movers. Think jobs that are hard that no one wants. Food service.
