    Question...
I never had a truck with a “APU” unit.
When you have stop for the night. Is the “APU” unit supposed to run ALL the time while your sleeping? Or on and off?

It depends on the unit I think. What brand is it? I prefer to have mine start and stop as needed throughout the night.

    Thanks for the info.
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I'm not a stranger to noise... But that was many years ago.
I guess with time some how I will adapt to it. Right now the condenser drives me nuts!

Carrier has a feature called Comfort Monitor, at least the one that I had did. Look into the manual for instructions on how to set it up.

Doing a 34 at the Wildwood FL TA. Idling during the heat of the day, and will have APU running when the sun starts setting. McDaddy, that would be great if you're in the area. Monday morning I will head to my drop. They are building a PETS SUPPLY PLUS on S. Goldenrod Rd. I have shelving, and store fixtures. Important stuff, huh? After that, head to Alachua for a short hop to McDonough GA. Miles have been down comparatively speaking. Should have 2500 still for the week. Lately, I have been spoiled with 3500 plus. Maybe our freight is slowing. Been running a day early everywhere I have been and not being able to unload early. Can't complain. The last four months have been fabulous. During the "slow" season.

They posted a video on the FCC safety FB page with the head of sales, and the head of operations saying freight isn’t slowing down, as a matter of fact they have customers begging us to pick up more lanes that we normally don’t run. I will turn 3845 miles this week.
