Sounds like a speed trap to me.

    "Wal-Mart doesn't care.its local ordinance."
And they probably know exactly what will happen, because it has happened so often.
And they still give permission, knowing that.
    Jerks.

You'll do better to either stop at the Walmart in Hope, AR or go to the locations closer to Dallas.

Barney Fife had told me it was a local ordinance too. It's a money grab. They tell you to mind your business but they will eat those words when they get that ticket. Not a matter of "if" but "when."

I also have zero sympathy for anyone parking a big truck in a lot marked for small vehicles only.

So what would you suggest otherwise? What if this walmart is the only decently sized placed to pull your truck within a 40 mile radius and your delivery the next morning is 10 minutes down the road but with no parking in the middle of no where PA? Speaking from experience

Park earlier. Every day isn’t gonna work out perfect. I’ve had many days with a 2 hour+ drive the next morning. Many times in PA. I will always park early and leave early. I’ve parked in Harrisburg many times with 2 hours or more left heading NE. It always works out for me in the end. Plus I get to park earlier the next day which helps with parking usually.

One doesn’t have to use every hour everyday. Some days just don’t work out right. Having a little less time the next day to drive isn’t the end of the world. It will work out. It always does

This isnt walmart doing this though. This is the local .gov passing an ordinance not allowing trucks on the road in front of walmart.

I dealt with this 2ys ago. Left a Google review and maybe even on Trucker Path. Cop just told me to leave, I even tried to tell him I had a delivery there and he asked to see my bol. I wasn't even staying there, just getting groceries and taking a break.

The roads that lead into the Walmart are no go for trucks. Clearly marked
