How much should a new owner operator looking to lease on to a company pay for a truck payment either weekly or monthly?

I could find a descent starter truck for 12 to 15 k right now .....I bought 2 more trucks in the last six months for 30 to 35 k all day long spec the way I want with apus ....and I feel like I may be cutting that price point down when I buy three more this summer

Are those trucks giving you issues? Many believe it's better to buy new and go that route.

I'm looking to buy as well but torn between used/new.

So far one had a few sensors early and the other had some trivial stuff abs sensor etc .....the first one was on the dealership lot for almost a year once I did the diesel force cleaning we were good ......both had very low idle % and one came with a new dpf filter and batteries ....I think we put 30k miles on one and the other is coming up on it's 50k oil change ....

I.ve got a 14 and a 15 with dd15 and two 16s and a 15 with dd13 .....had to replace a fuel system on a 16 under warranty and turbos on all three dd13 under warranty also .....so far as far as cost and performance i.m leaning toward dd15s in the future

Just drove by the Richie lots in Vienna, Oh and the one outside Nashville this past week. Both were slap full of trucks and trailers. With this virus crap going on, used trucks gonna be super cheap in a few months if you can hold off that long....might be worth it
