Hello,
First of all been using the forum for all the great info for a couple of years but it’s my first post. Hopefully not in the wrong area.
i searched for this endlessly and found no info. Purchased a 2013 cascadia 6 months ago from auction. It was an old Penske lease truck. Today I noticed the headlight low beam was on but very dull. The headlights are the truck lite led that come with the truck. I called the dealership and they told me these are non serviceable. The entire housing would need to be replaced. The price they gave me was $1200. Little steep I was wondering what everyone else does when their led burn out? Just fork over the money? Downgrade to halogen or buy a set of headlights with projectors in them? Thanks in advance.

Led’s Generally either work or they don’t. If they’re dim,I’d look at wiring to start with.

Can you post pics? I don’t think leds came on a 2013 unless it’s an aftermarket light. If so replace with original headlights housing and just replace bulb with led. -
this is the first time posting a photo hope it comes out right. They are definitely truck lite brand. Read an article that Penske always purchases with these lights standard.
I wish I could replace the bulb but I can’t the entire headlight assembly is sealed. -
Passenger side light is the one that is very dim. But it does say truck lite on the housing.
-
if that’s the case might be cheaper to replace headlight with stock versions and just change out the bulbs to LED.
hope that helps on the cost reduction as I’ve never seen these headlights on a stock cascadia always aftermarket. -
