Tire and wheel bearing wear must be horrendous on that trailer when loaded.

No worse than normal fixed tri-axle since you can raise axles when empty and dump suspension air when turning. Most folks that run spread axles choose a tire designed for the higher scrub.

Sorry have to disagree on this one.
Normal tridem vs that setup............i would estimate tirelife is shorter by 50% or more.

Now if that was a EU trailer ,it would have at least 1 steeraxle ,maybe 2 ,depending on how much payload you need to load on it.

I still can't wrap my head around the idea of just adding more tag axles to a truck. Or spread axles.

Cool! I've seen that truck in other videos. Not a bad looking truck.

    How's work for you @daf105paccar ?

I had 3 trucks which had to drive 700km+ empty from England empty to Belgium. England is nearly shut down at the moment, meanwhile crazy amounts of frozen food is exported from Belgium.

Oh, and I got EGR fault code on one of Dafs today, will try to book a service for him. He had
P1490 active for 1hr (now it's gone) also older P127A and P127C. Maybe only a sensor, or whole egr is ####ed up.

    tommymonza and daf105paccar Thank this.
