Buddy of my dad's brought firewood out a few weeks back. Got my dad to snap some photos of the truck for me. Bush spec 388 Peterbilt with a self-loader, jeep and pole trailer. That's the next project once I finish off the couple I got on the go now.

I saw the strap and skipped the rest. Might not see anything on the FMCSA guidelines about it but that’s a big no in my opinion.

strap through the eye is a hard no from me. I however normally put one two inch strap over the top to help tent the tarp out...... always thought it made the tarp a lot tighter on the sides.

 

@singlescrewshaker what do max out at? Low 60s?

 

This is how i roll, so my coils do not. Maybe overkill but i want them to stay on the deck if i ever take the ditch.

Get on DAT.. Make some calls.. reloaded IN THE SAME DOCK DOOR via different broker. Except now im going straight home instead of triangulating via raleigh.


I got me a set of free pipe stakes but Lord did i ever get soaked for em.


Then the other truck im dispatching.. TQL load falls apart. Little while later.. Same load ends up back on the truck via different broker. Small world this freight thing.

 

Off to a Willie Nelson concert or what?
