    My friend has a cargo van. He can carry up to 35k? Hes wondering how he would get into carrying freight with it. Hes got commercial insurance and load insurance. Would he need an authority? Not sure where to start with this. Help him out fellow truckers, please.

    I can see a tandem axle cargo van with heavy duty 20,000 lb front axle being able to load 35,000 and scale it.
