Disconnect line when I got the engine, trying to figure out what it goes to or can I disconnect it? Building a diesel rat rod

Isn't that the line for oil pressure. Goes to the gauge in the cab.

It goes into this unit, along with another hose that comes from a lower part of the block. And it looks like a air line goes into it? Any idea what this is?

It looks like a Rockford Fan-Tem fan clutch. The Rockford fan clutch was oil cooled as it used a
thermal sensor that varied the air pressure to the fan hub controlling the fan speed by slipping the fan clutch. There should be an oil return line on the fan clutch hub as well. -
Did this unit have rad shutters?

I’m not going to be doing any heavy loads ect. Do you think a fan will be needed?
