I saw Cowan has a regional driving job @ up to $91,000/year. Up north though, Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

When I lived there, talked to one of the drivers and he said you earn every penny, but the paychecks are steady and a sure thing.

J.B. Hunt has a local gig running groceries down into NYC and the rest of the NE. I believe it’s a C & S account. Drivers averaging $1800 - $2000 a week , GROSS pay. Again up north, Westfield, MA.

One more that comes to mind. Black Horse Carriers in South Windsor, CT and Frederick, MD. Local and advertising $90,000 - $100,000 a year. Some touch freight, check them out too.

With you wanting to be home on the weekends narrows your chances of seeing that kind of income with under two years of experience. You need to make .60 a mile and run 3,000 miles a week, but again, with your stipulation of being home on the weekends makes that difficult.

Running linehaul for a LTL might get you close, but you're going to be running nights and weekends as the "FNG". UPS and Walmart are candidates, but you would need to start as a Package driver for UPS, and Walmart requires that you have 30 months of experience.

Private fleets for specialty foods and grocers might get you in the low to mid 80K range, but to hit your numbers, you need to gross $94,000.00

LTL. My first year full-year pay period was a little over $96k! That averages out to be $1,850.92/wk. expecting to make more every year due to the nine raises you get during the first three years, plus the annual cost of living raise we get each year. It’s regional. We have two terminals in Atlanta. Check to see if they’re hiring for Linehaul or Extraboard drivers.

They're from my state. North western Tennessee to be exact. There's no way they're paying that company lol.

OP... $1500 net is a stretch dude. Do you have a ton of bills?
