Snackbar's new adventure at Moore Freight Services

Well, after discussing further with management, it has something to do with the comments I put down for the reason for PC. I also explained that I am very careful to only use PC when I have no trip or trailer information entered on my ELD...so I am clearly 'not laden' or even connected to the load.

When I spoke to the 1st person about the PC this afternoon, I mentioned something about this being part of the reason so many drivers have left. He said that he wasn't aware of that many drivers leaving...but strangely enough, the HR v/p sent out a company wide email this afternoon about recruiting new drivers, and that they hold orientation EVERY WEEK...so, either he is out of the loop as far as the turnover rate, or...he was not being truthful about the number of drivers leaving. I know we aren't expanding the fleet that much every week.

I also spoke to a friend today that recently left Wy-Moore for much greener pastures. He said he saw a Central Oregon truck pulling a trailer with no COTC logo, just a full sized Daseke logo...as if they are starting to merge us all together under one company name. At least that's the only explanation I can come up with.

 

Thanks, but I doubt I am ever out that way. In fact, this whole experience has only increased my desire to rid myself of not only this communist cesspool of a company, but get as far away from Daseke as possible.(and I call it a communist cesspool because and unamed source has informed me that they employ people who's soul purpose is to track down the identity of malcontents like me on the internet...how insecure can a company be that they have to spend money on tracking down people who have a negative opinion of them, and do who knows what, rather than fixing the issue that person has...sorta like how the communist nations of the middle and far east censor the internet their population has access to)
