The tractor part aint concern it's the hr drive to the truck and the hour drive home that concerns me.
Does anyone know if a nonessential company can do forced dispatch?

The good will works with the homeless. So I suspect they are still considered an essential company. That said, transferring donated items in and of itself is not necessarily essential. But helping/feeding/sheltering homeless people would be considered essential. And from the websites on words. Yeah they are still essential. They're just shutting down the stores/donation sites.

My family in Maryland is being intercepted by roving police when they go out to get food. Otherwise they are not allowed out of the house per Gov order there. Usually their Lawmen let them be on their way.
Our State is still open, but parks are closed state wide and hotels are banned to out of state people state wide. Otherwise 10 souls limit inside gas stations and walmart limited to I think 40 at a time. You would be better served for you time to hit a generic grocery store instead. No waiting at walmart. Its really bad here.
There is a additional Arkansas Governor's Order in place as of two days ago. You are not permitted entry anywhere to any building inside Arkansas when shown to have a temperature of 99.9 or higher and or a cough or other symptoms similar to or from possible COVID19.

yes the stores/donation. BUT your company is still considered an Essential industry. Just as the website says. So they can still put you to work. As they are still allowed to operate.

I would live to get layed offx1Heavy Thanks this. -
yeah sadly here in FL the Gov has not put the 600 into play yet. So still just 275. But if I was laid off AND that was in play. I'd be making more on unemployment than I am making right now working. SMH. 16 weeks of that and paying for my CDL school with it. woot. Might ask the boss to lay me off in a bit. lol

Unfortunately we logged 150,000 unemployed with tens of thousands pending next week.
Thats one of the reasons our Gov did not close our state. We would put at least another 200,000 and its not possible.
Also schools are closed remainder of year 2020 has no graduation. Buses in my county are running reverse routes relaying food from school kitchens to all children M-F.
So far as 1077 infected postitive confirmed, 24 deaths, 31 on ventilator, 75 hospitalized I think 40 on ICU, rest are home confinement. Closing on 15000 tests run negative.
NYC lost 800 in deaths in 24 hours tomorrows sunrise death count will be equally high. Thats about 12 reefer trailers worth. They have 45 on hand. -
