I wouldn't think adding something like this could void the warranty with Cummins but did you check into that? I know any performance modifications will, obviously this is different.

I’d argue your best source is the intervals listed in your engine manual. Newer engines nowadays are 50k or higher for long haul. If you distrust it, then send your oil to the lab in between oil changes. I don’t see how anyone can triumph the engine manual or the lab results.

In my opinion if you have a perfect sealed / running engine plus an engine bypass you can keep your oil for a loooooong time ( with proper oil testing )

The oil bypass can burn off / filter any excess water / contaminants and all you have to do is change that filter out.

What were the symptoms for bad camshafts?

Hahaha. I misunderstood your comment. I haven’t had a camshaft replacement either, but my truck is getting old too.

    I bought a '14 Cascadia with a Detroit in October. 360K miles.

Hasn't turned a mile yet. I may start to use it, and hang a for sale sign on this one.

I'd like a new truck, but the insurance.......that's a big increase.

The DD15 is a good engine. There are also a ton of videos on YouTube teaching you how to work on it, and some YouTubers are real mechanics.

    X15 efficiency 450hp every 20,000 miles.

Basicially exact same on everything that Dave listed above on the filters and chassis lube.
