Derate to 5mph crisis - regen not clearing codes for some reason

I have this issue for 1.5 years now, its dd15 wz 700k miles on it.

Is this the only option to change the 1box, or still can try to fix it by changing some parts?

Hi, can someone help me? I have these 4 codes everytime i go long uphill wz more than 40k lbs;
1. SPN 4364 FMI 18
2. SPN 3364 FMI 2
3. SPN 5246 FMI 15
4. SPN 5246 FMI 16

Changed 1box temp sensor, inlet n outlet nox sensors, def pump so far n still above codes coming...

Codes will disappear after sometimes on flat road, if on hills would stay longer... and truck derates to 55mph.
If i stop n do parked regen, check engine n flashing def ember light will go n engine light wud stay for a day or more.

Forgot to mention, i dont have self regen while driving for weeks... is it normal?

 

I don't idle much also...
I used to hear the fan while self regen

 

What year is your truck? Have you taken your truck to the dealer?

Its 2016.
Yes, took many times. Initially they said 1 of ur cylinder has 47% low pressure n that is causing issue in 1 box. I went to another official dealer in another city wz temp sensor issue in 1box, they put new 1 n i asked them to do cylinder compression check again. The same cylinder had 100% compression that time. I went to same dealer n told that. They had no answer

 

I dont have but look for one to diagnose.
