ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

I'm only at 1100 for the week

 

I asked to go home early again. They let me. I left Sunday night and got back home 6am yesterday.

Salt Lake was swamped with freight they said and a few other western terminals. Nice little long weekend and back out to LA Sunday!

 

I LOVE IT. When I asked them I said hey I got a buddy over at Estes who does what he wants and sits home a lot. I need go home too. When I told them who you were they sent me right home.

You are known in the LTL community as the BOSS. They even told me if I wanna run Texas dedicated it was an option now because they know I know you!!!!!

 

Surprisingly we're balls to the wall here this week as well. Bunch short #### beginning of the week then steady back and forth.

 

Yea seems hit or miss depending the area. Dropped SC on yard and went home. Suppose we could took it but I’m trying enjoy all the down time I can. They don’t like let you go home early when they are busy everywhere.

 

@KaoMinerva you heard anyone talking furloughs?

I seen on another thread dudes saying handful of terminals asking some to take 2 week furloughs
