The proper way to calm a less experienced driver is to say I’m not saying that I’m old but I have pushed a coffee cup across a 76 counter farther than you have backed up.

Eerrr.... yeah.... but I got a feeling in my gut that wants me to take my vehicle to a body shop ASAP and have them work on this floor... that's all wet... will have to remove the liner, the insulation, the seats... everything.... they are soaked... still dripping water...

    20200502_191121.jpg

There was a piece of thick drill under the liner... :biggrin_2552:

    20200502_165407.jpg

I would probably buy a vehicle if I were not already soooo busy with other stuff here before I go back to Brasil... cause I gotta go back to deal with those properties cause I must sell them this year... and get rid of those headaches and expenses...
But I would not get rid of my Lazy Boy.... no... no.. no... I will take care of that floor cause it's wet right now... and it needs immediate attention.. and then would park him in a covered rented parking storage... That's if I don't leave it in a body shop I found yesterday... old gentleman has a body shop in his place.. it's a family business.. they do restorations on old classic cars and all kinds of work.. and they also tow vehicles... He STRONGLY advised me NOT to have my vehicle sand blasted... it would totally ruin it... I think he is right...
Anyway... I may buy another vehicle... not now.. maybe later... who knows... but I am not getting rid of my buddy... :biggrin_25512: WOW... talk about trying to detach... pretty hard so far...:biggrin_2552:

Actually, I think a few states have gone to that model temporarily.
    Its absolutely ridiculous.
They sell beer and booze in this store, but people are content to sit in line for well over an hour to get a mixed drink to go.
Heck, you could run in the store and get what you want and be gone in 10 minutes.
But these idiots will sit in line for well over an hour just to have someone pass it out the window.
Families too. Its like a great outing for the afternoon.
