    Hello everyone,

I'm coming up on my one year with a garbage company and i'm looking to make a change. My coworker recently got hired at ERB and is doing their LTL runs in USA. Theyve been employed there for almost one month and said theyre on track to make 100k a year working their 70 hour work week doing LTL. I thought they were being biased so I called up their driver recruiter and they pretty much confirmed it.

Just wanted some feedback on any ERB drivers that are currently employed by them or have been. Any info would be great!

    Thank you!

Highlight not treating you well anymore? Heard good things about Erb, their trucks are manual for new drivers or so I heard. Governed trucks to 99kmh I believe, worse than challenger. If the money is good I don't think that matters.

Hope you find what you're looking for, you can always find drivers at truck stops and ask them.

I just had an interview with a Reefer company out west, FTL/LTL loads, all US. Their company guys see 5-7k net a month, 22-26 days in the truck. That’s 100k I believe gross, so I definitely believe the ERB guys are doing that, with the tier 1 contracts they have.

ERB starts you off at 99km/hr I’m told, the you get bumped to 105km/hr after you prove you’re not an idiot.

5k isn't even near 100k, 7k is a little closer but still far off

No idea what their deductions are, and that's a general "NET Average" I was given. No idea on Gross Numbers.

No one at Erb is making that kind of money. IT'S BS.
If they are and the recruiter backs it up,say "Hey,Ill work salary for 80 and let the company keep the other 20".
    See what his answer is.

Compare their package to TNS and other LTL carriers.

what did highlight pull now? I heard how they were offering great cpm for awhile and then slashed everybody down....and the labour board said as long as it all works out to minimum wage, they can do it.

the driver I talk to occasionally is going into their fourth year with them and getting the runs they want....but, I know they have quite the mouth on them and has never been in an accident so highlight acquiesces.

i looked into erb and hear solid things about them including from drivers who have been with them 20+ years. I was reluctant to go for them because they couldn’t guarantee I would have an apu/epu and most trucks are set to idle out...I’m not interested in putting my dog in that or have crappy sleeps either. Plus, I decided I was tired of hearing a reefer all the time.

but nothing suggests Erb is a thief company; unlike some companies we know.

transportN service is supposed to be good for LTL;I hear they run you hard(my Neighbor used to run for them) I was considering them and they were considering me but I also decided I wanted to get back into flatbed.

ohh I see. net? I doubt any company driver at a generic reefer outfit is going to be netting 5k -7k a month tbh. I wouldn't believe what they say
